Born and raised in Prince Albert, I am proud to call this community home and am now raising my family here as well. Having spent my entire nursing career serving patients in Prince Albert and surrounding communities, I am committed to providing accessible, compassionate, and comprehensive healthcare close to home.
My nursing career began on a medical and palliative care unit, where I developed a deep appreciation for supporting patients and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. I later transitioned to Emergency Nursing, where I worked for several years caring for patients of all ages and with a wide variety of health concerns. Emergency nursing strengthened my ability to assess, diagnose, and manage both acute and complex conditions while navigating the healthcare system and connecting patients with the services they need.
While working in emergency medicine, I completed my Master of Nursing and Nurse Practitioner education. My career has also included experience in home care, public health and COVID-19 response, reserve nursing, and nursing education. These experiences have shaped my approach to providing healthcare across the lifespan and have reinforced the importance of meeting patients where they are.
In 2025, I was selected as part of Saskatchewan’s first cohort of Nurse Practitioners offered contracts through the Ministry of Health. Through this contract, I provide publicly funded primary healthcare services, meaning patients continue to receive care covered under Saskatchewan’s healthcare system, just as they would in any primary care clinic.
I established my primary care practice at the Cooperative Health Centre and am now excited to continue serving the community through my new practice at Cradled Wellness alongside another experienced Nurse Practitioner.
I welcome patients of all ages and enjoy caring for individuals and families throughout every stage of life. I have a particular interest in women’s health, preventative care, chronic disease management, prenatal and postpartum care, and helping patients navigate complex health concerns.
My approach to healthcare is rooted in partnership. I believe that each person is the leader of their own healthcare journey. My role is to listen, provide evidence-based information, and work alongside patients to support informed decisions that align with their values and goals. I strive to create a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where patients feel heard, respected, and supported.
At Cradled Wellness, we provide comprehensive primary care services, including:
- Annual and routine health assessments
- Women’s health care
- Cervical cancer screening
- Prenatal and postpartum care
- Pediatric and adult care
- Chronic disease management
- Mental health support
- Preventive screening and health promotion
- Management of acute and ongoing health concerns
We are committed to providing accessible, holistic, and patient-centred healthcare. With online booking, convenient appointment options, and a collaborative health and wellness environment, our goal is to ensure patients receive the time, attention, and support they deserve.
I am proud to serve the community that raised me and look forward to caring for individuals and families for many years to come. Whether you are looking for a new primary care provider, support with a chronic condition, women’s health care, or routine preventive care, I welcome you to our practice and look forward to being part of your healthcare journey.

I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety and depression, grief and loss, relationship struggles, workplace stress, trauma, interpersonal challenges, addiction, life transitions, self-harm, and concerns related to self-worth. I am trauma-informed and use a strength-based approach, grounded in the belief that everyone has strengths and the capacity for growth and positive change—even when those things may be difficult to see in ourselves.
My goal is connection. I strive to create a warm, confidential, and trusting space where you feel validated, respected, and safe to be vulnerable and honest. Therapy should be a place where you can laugh, cry, decompress, or simply take a breath. A place to talk openly about things that feel difficult without fear of judgment, and where there is also room to celebrate growth and accomplishment. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, supported and perhaps a little lighter than when you walked in.
I don’t believe therapy is about having all the answers. Instead, it is about having someone beside you as you make sense of what you are experiencing, what you need, and finding a path forward that feels right for you. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you reach out. Sometimes, simply having a safe place to begin is enough.
I am NIHB approved and offer both in-person and virtual sessions. I provide services to adults aged 16 and over and draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, tailoring my approach to your individual needs, circumstances, and goals.

As Tamara’s journey continued to unfold, she found there to be a gap in women’s health care through the western model of care. Tamara’s own fertility journey, and becoming a mother, led her to expand her practise through specialized training to include full spectrum fertility support.

Isabella works with individuals—including children, teens, and adults—as well as couples and families. She supports clients in areas such as perinatal and reproductive mental health, trauma (including childhood trauma), grief and loss, emotional regulation (including anger, anxiety, and depression), relationships, stress and burnout, self-harm, life transitions, and other challenges.
Her approach is trauma-informed and client-centred, integrating modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, somatic approaches, and internal family systems (IFS)/parts work. Isabella is committed to tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs, identifying root causes and supporting meaningful healing
